Every figure in these tools has a named source. Prices, delivery fees, Trustpilot scores and category rankings come from our own reviews of the six big UK services, HelloFresh, Gousto, Mindful Chef, Riverford, Green Chef and Grubby, checked in July 2026, with box sizes re-verified on the providers’ own sites on 17 August 2026. National food-waste figures come from WRAP’s March 2026 survey. Where a tool uses an assumption instead of a measurement, it says so on the tool itself.
