What information we collect
We do not collect personal information unless you provide it to us directly (for example, by email). To operate and improve the site, we use:
- Analytics — anonymised traffic measurement (e.g. page views, device type).
- Affiliate cookies — when you click through to a provider, an affiliate network may log the click so we can earn a commission. This never affects our ratings.
Legal basis & purpose
Analytics data is processed based on our legitimate interest in operating the site. Marketing and affiliate cookies are set only with your consent, given through the cookie banner. The purpose is to improve our content, measure traffic, and fund this free comparison service.
Third parties
We share data with the analytics and affiliate networks we use. If you click an affiliate link, that provider's and network's own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have rights to know what personal information we hold, request its correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy of your data (data portability). We do not sell your personal information.
